Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, said that God will guide him and the Peoples Democratic Party in the choice of who will be the deputy governorship candidate of the party in next year’s election in the state.
He said this in Ado-Ekiti on Friday during the Jumat to mark the third anniversary of his administration in the state. The governor was responding to a request made by the Muslim community in Ekiti for the deputy governorship ticket of his party.
Fayose, while promising to consider the requests of the Muslim community, said he would seek God’s guidance on the issue.
